To New Beginnings
My mom owned a court reporting firm, first in West Virginia and then here in Raleigh, for over forty years, and growing up I was always intrigued by both the legal system itself and the unique challenges that come with running a small business.
After college, I went to work for Mom's court reporting company. During my year and a half or so with the company, I realized two things: I wanted to be a lawyer, and eventually I wanted to build my own business from the ground up the way that my mom did.
In the five years since I entered the legal profession, I've had the unique opportunity to observe, learn from, and in a couple of cases, work for, many phenomenal attorneys and business owners. I've been inspired to no end and I've been blessed and fortunate enough to get a good idea of how a successful firm is run. I'm thrilled to announce that the time has now come to make my dream a reality as Omer Law Firm, PLLC officially opens its doors on October 1, 2019. In a way, this is something that I've been working toward for my whole life, and with the sole exception of marrying my wife, I've never been more excited about anything.
At Omer Law, our mission statement is this: "To advise, to guide, and to pursue justice with compassion, talent, and dedication." I pride myself on making my clients' voices heard under difficult circumstances, and I believe that my results over the years reflect that. I want you to feel affirmed and protected from the moment you walk through my door, no matter who you are or what your circumstances might be.
So here's to new beginnings. I can't wait to get started.
